Mark E. Allen has practiced law for over 32 years, almost exclusively in the area of family law litigation and collaborative family law representation on a variety of family law matters including, but not limited to, divorce, child custody, guardianship, grandparents’ rights, child support, paternity, father’s rights, modification of child or spousal support and adoption. A former President of the Clay County Bar Association, he has cultivated professional relationships with most top tier family law practitioners in the Greater Kansas City, Missouri, area.
Education
He received his license to practice law in 1991, the same year in which he received his J.D. from the University of Missouri at Kansas City. Prior to attending law school, Mark received his B.B.A. (business degree) from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1985.
