Kimberly Hatch

Kimberly Hatch practices exclusively in the area of family law. She strives to promote her client’s interests and achieve long-lasting solutions that are best for the whole family which is why she is drawn to the collaborative divorce process. She focuses on representing clients facing divorce, legal separation, paternity, child custody, modification, child support, and relocation issues. Kimberly has facilitated very favorable custody settlements for her clients. Knowing the law and understanding the results her clients will likely get in court, she advises her clients in a way that will minimize their costs. Being a strong advocate for her clients, Kimberly knows how to propose offers for settlement that are reasonable and fair and will ultimately obtain the best results for her clients.
