Dana Parks has spent the majority of her legal career concentrating on domestic law. She handles divorce, collaborative law, maintenance, child support, custody and visitation, paternity, prenuptial agreements and step-parent adoptions. Dana received her law degree from Washburn University in 1987, was admitted to the Kansas Bar in 1987 and to the Missouri Bar in 1992. Her practice encompasses the Kansas City metropolitan area and several surrounding counties in Kansas and Missouri.
Dana graduated in 1984 from Kansas State University, majoring in Social Science. Her professional associations and memberships include the American Bar Association, Missouri and Kansas Bar Associations, Wyandotte County Bar Association and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association. Dana is a past Vice-Chair for the Family Law Committee of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association. She served as Chair for the 2005 Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association Family Law Committee.
